Compensation: Commission-based role; strong performers can expect to make up to $70K to $100K/year upon successfully meeting performance targets PLUS a possible sign-on bonus!

**Candidates for this position must be licensed plumbers in the state of Iowa. We are offering a sign-on bonus of $5000.00 ($2500.00 to be paid after 90 days of employment and $2500.00 to be paid after the completion of an additional 180 days of employment) for qualified candidates.**

We are seeking a Plumbing Installers with a strong water and sewer background.

Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other in-home service calls and/or installations.
• Perform all needed installation and service work to company and customer standards
• Establish customer rapport and educate customers on the right products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

Requirements:

• Licensed by the state of Iowa.
• Thorough knowledge of water/sewer/septic pipe repairs, drain line repairs, and fixtures repair
• Plumbing experience for water/sewer/septic systems lines in residential and/or commercial locations
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
• Experience in drain stoppage and grease trap stoppages
• Experience in operating equipment, such as camera locator and drain equipment
• Can lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces
• Able to operate multiple types of excavation equipment
• Able to work well independently and coordinate jobs from start to finish
